ABOUT THE ROLE &
TEAM:
_**Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, responsible for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services, including external talent acquisition and internal talent mobility.
You will be hiring for our Technology and non-Technology teams based in EURO region along with global recruitment campaigns in other business functions.
We are going through a positive transformation to make our ways or working smarter and are looking for someone who will input into value-add projects and process improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
_
- Lead hiring manager briefing meetings to understand the business needs and create a detailed document to cover requirements, key strategies, and outcomes.
- Drive insightled conversations with hiring managers using LinkedIn, iCims and other data sources.
- Write compelling job adverts that drive attraction and ensure compliance.
- Partner with the talent sourcing team to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Utilize iCims effectively to ensure process compliance, minimize GDPR risk, increase data quality and focus on reporting and analytics.
- Advise and support Hiring Managers and internal colleagues through internal moves.
- Work with the team on process improvements and valueadd projects as needed.
Qualifications:
_ EXPERIENCE__:
_**- Experience with successfully delivering hiring campaigns within an in-house, agency or RPO environment.
- Confident to challenge and be consultative with stakeholders across all levels.
- Able to develop effective relationships and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders across a breadth of countries and cultural differences.
- Datadriven mindset to demonstrate the impact of recruitment initiatives via reporting and insights.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decisionmaking skills.
