At The Cocktail we look for people without fear for speed.

Specifically, someone capable of understanding
sustainability challenges and translating them into business opportunities, helping our clients capture new sources of strategic value that make a positive impact on the environment and the society.


We look for a Strategy Consultant with 3 years of experience and a strong knowledge on sustainability challenges, that will help manage end-to-end projects for different industries (energy, travel, consumer goods, financial services ).

Our core work focuses on developing decarbonization strategies, optimizing business operations or conceptualizing new products, services and business models that put sustainability and impact at the center.


Requirements:


  • Have a minimum 3 years of experience in business consulting
  • Have experience in the energy field or other sectors greatly impacted by the sustainability challenge
  • Can develop strategic frameworks aimed at identifying, articulating and activating initiatives that generate quantifiable and tangible value.
  • Can communicate effectively with all audiences, including the C-Level suite.
  • Can identify customer needs and participate in the development of commercial proposals.
  • Are able to perform research on sustainability topics including market/ industry trends and new business developments in this field.
  • Have a genuine passion for sustainability, energy transition and decarbonization.
  • Can work in multidisciplinary teams, side by side with members of our Tech, Data, Research and Design teams to implement new products and services.
  • Have demonstrated competency to lead junior profiles autonomously.
  • Be fluent in Spanish and English.
