Technology and Business Innovation Lead - Iberia who is passionate about implementing technology to improve business processes and experiences to ultimately reach to our north star which is to improve patient outcomes and healthcare systems.

Role
Strategy / Business

  • Act as a proactive sparring partner to the MCO Leadership Team and
    contribute and influence on the overall strategic direction of the MCO and EUCAN Commercial IT Organization.
  • Contribute to annual
    budgeting process, aligning functional demand with the commercial strategy and emerging technological opportunities.
  • Manage the
    design and configuration of all commercial and technical aspects within the LOC.
  • Provide to
    LOC business innovation with disruptive mindset and the assessment of new technologies that optimize business processes and people experiences.
  • Identify value creation through DD&T to address opportunities or to overcome obstacles business is facing.
Technology / Solutions / Systems

  • Act as IT SPOC for LOC and liaise with noncommercial IT functions to
    manage complex nonroutine requests and ensure escalations reach accountable and responsible stakeholders.
  • Guarantee that all systems are maintained, updated and minimize outages and recovery times.
  • Own and evolve roadmap for Technology and Systems that reflects business needs
  • Collect and act on feedback on ongoing basis
Leadership / Internal Relations

  • Ensure alignment with Global IT on Global initiatives,
    lead and manage the local deployment of global and regional technological systems, platforms and solutions.
  • Lead investigation and
    analyses of business demand/requirements, articulate and manage business cases with LOC commercial functions and
    leverage the Global commercial toolkit to achieve business objectives
  • Works independently to navigate complex situations and is primary resource on complex commercial and technology issues. Provides leadership to own discipline and impacts other disciplines.
  • Organize company wide initiatives to drive technology adoption/ excitement
Relationships

  • Partner and work with LOCs on BU level and GM level.
  • Closely work with commercial functions in LOC or at regional level e.g. Access, Patient Services, Marketing, launch and sales teams.
  • Partner with Global Commercial IT delivery functions and other functions in IT
  • Partner with IT and Digital external partners to ensure solution delivery

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others and to communicate effectively with senior levels and in a complex matrix organization.
  • Expert knowledge, experience and knowhow of Customer Excellence, Customer Relationship Management and Digital Tactics in Life Sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of health IT/Digital Health ecosystem and the value it delivers to patients
  • Remain up to date on new and emerging technologies within area of technical expertise and can rapidly test/implement these.
  • Ability to communicate a strategy or business case at country leadership level
  • Strong Business Relationship and Stakeholder Management
  • Selfdriven and motivated
  • Understanding of innovation and evidencebased methodologies (design thinking, agile ).
