WHO ARE WE?
We are a boutique hotel with a restaurant and shortly after opening. We are looking for team members who will help us build a new, dynamic and modern brand.

In this position, you are
Restaurant Supervisor responsible for provide an impeccable standard of service as well as coordinating work of the emploees during the shift.

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES?

Training restaurant staff.
Professional wine and food service during dinner.
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

WHAT CANDIDATES WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

With at least two years of experience in a similar position.
Completed trainings or/and education.
With strong organizational and leadership skills.
With knowledge of the market and current gastronomic trends.
Involved in a new project, creative and not afraid of challenges.
English/Spanish speaker. Other foreign language would be an big advantage.
