In Pacha Group, we are looking for a CONCIERGE, tasked with answering guest inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating travel plans, and more.

They must uphold company culture at all times while making guests feel welcomed and valued.

  • Maintain up to date files on pending and confirmed reservations in case of incident
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and wellordered workspace, tools, and any other elements under your care.
  • Generate incident reports at end shifts detailing all incidents during actual work period and send to all department heads.
  • Attend to all dealings and necessities pertaining to front of house
  • Coordinate transfers between hotel and airport
  • Recommend additional services to client and confirmed reservations in case of incident.
  • Advise and push sales of different additional services: boat charter, transfers, luxury car rental, windsurf
  • Focus on commission based additional services in order to reach department objectives.
  • Handle phone calls asking for further information regarding hotel, and/or events held in hotel.
  • Advise and push sales pertaining to rest of Pacha Group
  • Manage guest relations with clients staying in VIP rooms, suites, media exposure, birthday celebrations, honeymoons, anniversaries, and daily follow up on all aspects relating aforementioned
  • Execute assigned tasks promptly, diligently, and taking appropriate safety precautions
  • Knowledge of quality and prevention policies.
  • Knowledge of general company objectives and specific to business unit.
  • To ensure, within our available resources, maximum guest satisfaction during their stay.
  • Fully comply with internal procedures.
  • Knowledge of Pacha Group
  • Participation in recurring departmental meetings.
  • Promote internal communication and use appropriate channels as set forth by the company (notice boards, suggestion box, meetings).
  • Keep managers apprised of incidents and developments.
  • Knowledge and compliance of established internal company policies, and in any event, to act in acquiescence of instructions given by superiors, and the professional work ethic of the job.
  • All duties assigned by direct superiors.
  • To participate in all procedures relating to prevention that take place which are directly related to your department as well as all procedures that are assigned by direct superiors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and wellordered workspace, tools, and any other elements under your care.
  • To cooperate in extinguishing of fires and provide first aid to any victims of workplace accidents

Requirements:


  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Exceptional customer services and people skills
  • Orientated to detail and good listeners
  • At least 1 year previous customer service
  • Front desk 5 star hotel or similar
  • Degree in Hospitality or similar
