About the BRIDGE program

You will be a part of the PMI's family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary).

You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

Who we're looking for

  • Recent Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Economics or similar.
  • Recent Graduate (Maximum 4 years since you obtained your degree or about to graduate with max 2 courses and final thesis pending)
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite especially in MS Excel y MS Power Point.
  • Proficient level in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required (both written and spoken).
  • Good Communicational skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail.
  • Preferably passionate for the car industry or willing to learn.
  • EU working permit.
  • Analytical thinker: You are comfortable with data and ambiguity; able to both delve into the details and operational tactics and engage meaningfully on the big picture or overall strategy.
  • Proactive and passionate selfstarter with bias towards action and constant prioritization.
  • Track record of "getting things done" rapid highquality decisions
  • Adaptable fixer enthusiastic, flexible & adaptable with the ability to remove barriers & bottlenecks via facilitation, creativity & resourcefulness.
  • Has fun and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:


In Philip Morris we are seeking for an intern to join the Global Center of Excellence in Fleet Management based in Madrid.

Fleet Center of Excellence is an innovative and agile function, pioneering the change to more sustainable car technologies for PMI.

The CoE Fleet is in charge to design & deploy global strategy and tools aimed to deliver:


  • A safe driving setup for our employees across the world.
  • A constant reduction of CO2 emissions.
  • A cost efficient framework that delivers value for our drivers.
Under the supervision of the Global Head of CoE, this role will provide support on Communication & Planning activities, with task including but not limited to:

  • Data collection and consolidation of internal database of vehicles
  • Monitor performance of department
  • Conduct all steps needed to create reports, and delivering the department KPI's
  • Interface and cooperation with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • You act as interface to management and Logistics operations, as well as to maintenance partners and internal and external customers
- developing and implementing standard processes and practices, common performance assessment and methodologies
