Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Agent at ADM Value for one of our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

You will be responsible for assisting guests with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


Guest Assistance:


  • Provide recommendations and information about Center Parcs amenities and services.

Issue Resolution:


  • Effectively address guest concerns and complaints, striving for a swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues promptly.

Reservations:


  • Assist guests in making reservations for accommodations, dining, and recreational activities.
  • Ensure accuracy in reservation details and billing information.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and issues using the company's CRM system.
  • Prepare reports on customer service metrics as required.

Teamwork:


  • Collaborate with colleagues in various departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on Center Parcs offerings.

Customer Feedback:


  • Actively seek and encourage guest feedback to continuously improve services.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:


  • Native Dutch, high level of english.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Contract length: 6 months


Salary: 22,500.00€ - 22,600.00€ per year
