Accertify Strategic Risk Services


Accertify is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Express and a leading provider of digital identity, fraud prevention, and chargeback management solutions to merchant customers worldwide.

Accertify's suite of products and services helps e-commerce companies grow their business by driving down the total cost of fraud, simplifying business processes, and ultimately increasing revenue.

Our Fraud Analysts help facilitate Accertify's overall mission of delivering exceptional digital experiences by researching and decisioning on high risk e-commerce transactions for Clients across all industries.

Job summary:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Lead teams of fraud specialists responsible for supporting multiple Client accounts
  • Conduct regular quality assurance assessments to evaluate fraud specialist performance
  • Create personalized development plans and deliver regular coaching or performance feedback
  • Perform initial rootcause analysis for any observed changes in Client environments
  • Utilize Interceptas reporting capabilities to build, analyze, and measure specialist success
  • Create and maintain Clientspecific reference materials and training resources
  • Identify and communicate possible enhancements to Client's fraud strategy
  • Ensures high workforce moral and job satisfaction
  • Coordinate proper crossClient coverage and successfully adapt to volume fluctuations in order to exceed Client service level agreements

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Fluency in English
  • Experience managing teams
  • Ability to work rotating shifts that include days, weekends, holidays, as needed for shift coverage
  • Passionate about developing new talent and leveraging existing talent to exceed Client expectations
  • 3+ years' experience in ecommerce fraud prevention with strong understanding of payment risk principles including techniques or platforms used to mitigate ecommerce fraud
  • Familiarity with leading/supervising a team using SMART goal strategies is preferred
  • 1+ year Interceptas experience is preferred
  • Confidence making instinctual business decisions with little or no direction
  • Strong internet research, Microsoft Office, and overall computer skills
  • Enjoys working in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment with the flexibility to manage competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
