    Job Title: Restaurant Customer Service Assistant at Garden Hotels


    Welcome to Garden Hotels! As a Restaurant Customer Service Assistant, your main goal is to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests.



    Responsibilities:
    • Keep all sales points organized and clean.
    • Be attentive to guests' needs to ensure their satisfaction, take necessary actions to anticipate their needs or correct any issues.
    • Always comply with established quality procedures and standards.
    • Follow immediate supervisor's instructions regarding shifts, schedules, daily tasks, and workloads. Ensure your service station is well-equipped and set up tables according to established standards and service type.
    • Provide a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests upon their arrival and departure from the dining areas, always maintaining an impeccable posture and presentation.
    • Support waiters in service functions, food and beverage removal, and any instructions given by them.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education. Vocational training in Hospitality or Catering is a plus.
    • At least 1 year of experience in similar hotel environments.
    • Languages: Intermediate level of English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
    • Customer service experience.
    • Skills in mixology, decoration, service, table setting, etc.
