- Certify critical services/vendors, establish and monitor remediation plans, and assign a residual risk rating.
- Review and challenge the inherent risk scoring of critical services.
- Report findings and collaborate with the CISO and Business Continuity teams on risk assessment outcomes.
- Support key account management in delivering vendor risk services within the Santander Group.
- Provide regular reports to local Cost/Risk departments and relevant committees.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity/IT Risk/IT audit roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields - Industry certifications in Cybersecurity/IT Risk/Audit (e.g., CISA, ISO/IEC 27001, CompTIA Security+, CISP, SSCP, CSX Cybersecurity Fundamentals, etc.)
- Familiarity with IT and security certifications and frameworks like ISAE 3000 (SOC 2), NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, COBIT...
- Understanding of IT Audit practices, IT Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Vulnerability Management, Security testing methodologies (OWASP, OSSTMM...)
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and be a collaborative team member.
- Strong communication skills and precision in written work.
- Attention to detail and analytical capabilities are highly desired.
