Mission and Proposal:
Main Responsabilities:
- Strategy:
- Define the long term plan of functional and technical processes in the Finance area.
- Management:
- Coordination of business areas involved
- Partners management
- Service Support 2nd level: control and management of tickets both incidents, requests and developments.
- Deal with critical incidences/problems
- Management of the project portfolio
- Projects and Innovation: Cooperation with other representatives of the IT Division in projects to define requirements in business process and technology and implementation options.
- Reports directly to CAM Director (Corporate Applications & Maintenance)
Competencies:
- Technology degree
- Desirable master in technology management
- Certification in PMP, ITIL, Agile or any other IT Management methodology
- Business English level
- Experience in project on Financial ERP
- Knowledgement of cloud technologies
- Experience in management of multidisciplinary IT teams even partners.
