Role
Integrated into the AS department and under the supervision of the AS Implementations Director, the overall responsibility of an European Portfolio PMO is to support our projects as follows:
Provide accurate and easy reporting, as well as support to the different cluster leads working together with them on:

  • Resource management
  • Pipeline creation
  • Methodology
  • Project Trackers
  • Project standardization
  • Budget control
  • Project allocation, status, control
  • Resource forecasting
  • Contractor management
  • COE link & updates
  • Automation / cost efficiency activities


Along with creating the best practices and controls for Europe, these will have to be leveraged globally to the rest of regions in alignment with each region lead.


What we ask for:

Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.

Be part of 5+ project rollouts on project management activities

Strong interest in delivering high quality support and implementation in the field of Human Resources

Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.

Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
