IoT Expert Engineerto join our Spain AIA Team.

As a IoT Expert Engineer, you will helping providing support to IoT engineering functions, ensuring the quality and adequate response time in the technical resolution of the identified needs, always aligned with the company's Digital Transformation strategy. We want people like you to join one of our most ambitious projects that we have and that we will start soon, having the opportunity to use new technologies such as generative artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities

As an IoT Expert Engineer, you will helping on different IoT projects,to allign data collection on different devices and with different protocols to help on added value of smart buildings, smart factories, smart cities or smart mobility.

Helping suring the scope definition technical and functional.

Your main tasks would be:
IoT

Project Engineering Support:
Active collaboration in the execution of IoT projects at different engineering levels.

Ecosystem Management:

Identification of IoT suppliers, IoT Suppliers Database, Identification of valuable use cases in suppliers, Internal IoT Communication, Contact with potential partners.

Events and communities: Management of events with business, IoT dissemination days and IoT Expert Community.
Training: Support to the development of IoT courses, Training Plan
Support to the incorporation of personnel: Management of means and materials, Onboarding new hires, Training plan design.
Financial Support Unit in: Preparation of Investment Proposals, Budget monitoring of initiatives.

Additionally:

Take charge of the integration and implementation of IoT/IIoT devices as well as the different edgecomputing gateways and signal concentrators.
Design, build, test and maintain scalable IoT, IIoT and edgecomputing systems.
Work with engineers and data scientists to achieve greater functionality in our systems.
Collaborate with team members in achieving objectives
Identify ways to improve the reliability, efficiency, and quality of solutions that use IoT/IIoT and edgecomputing devices.
Create, maintain and evolve elements of the IoT reference architecture defined by the client IoT team.
Guarantee the security and governance of IoT devices, gateways and systems in collaboration with cybersecurity and data specialists.
Ensure that all systems they build/implement comply with business/company requirements, as well as area and industry practices.
Build and implement new IoT, IIoT and edgecomputing solutions in the chemical industrial environment and Energy Parks as well as in the part of service stations that can attract business to the company.

Essential Skills:

Industrial Electronics and Automation Technical Engineer or Telecommunications Engineer, Specialty in Communications Electronics
Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction and implementation of IoT, IIoT and edgecomputing products.
Solid experience in building and implementing IoT, IIoT and edgecomputing architectures, microservices, etc.
Experience in architectures and construction of solutions based on public clouds: AWS, Azure.
Experience with platforms and systems such as thingworx, Litmus, Keepserver, Datahub, matrikion, lowcode platforms,
Practical knowledge: Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), CI/CD, DevOps, IaC, Automation, APIfirst, Microservices.
Experience developing Microservices and with languages such as: Python, Node, Javascript
Experience with IoT networks: LoRaWan, Sigfox, NB-IoT, LTE-M, 5G, Bluetooth, Zigbee
Selection and knowledge of market HW such as PLCs, Gateways, acquisition cards, sensors and actuators and wireless communication systems such as WIFI, BLE, LoRAWAN, HART, Zigbee multiprotocol routers, etc.
Knowledge of IoT/IIoT and edgecomputing markets and technologies.
Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools.
Programming of embedded systems.
Systems programming with low code tools such as Node-RED or Apache Nifi.
Working knowledge of message queuing, flow processing, and highly scalable data stores.
Experience in sensor network data protocols such as MQTT, AMQP, HTTPS and TCP.
Knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC-UA, MODBUS etc.
Experience configuring and managing IoT devices (sensors, controllers, gateways, etc.).**N
