    Role Description

    We're excited to announce a unique opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a German Speaking Recruiter at Patrique Mercier Recruitment. This role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. Your daily duties will include sourcing and screening high-quality candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining relationships with potential hires. You'll also take on the responsibility of coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in German (written and spoken)
    • Previous experience in recruitment or HR
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Willingness to participate in a 4-month fully paid training in Athens, Greece
    • Comfortable with remote work
