As a People Experience (HR) Technician in Pfizer Spain, you will provide overall Human Resources and Talent & Development support for all business units.

You will be a strong support for our team.- Formulate partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees. Eg.

Onboarding, Learning & development, Talent Review, Performance Review, Labor relations.- Act as consultant/admin on HR-related topics, as well as an employee champion and change agent.- Assess and anticipate people-related needs, communicating needs proactively, and develop integrated solutions.

Accountabilities- Work closely with other business partner and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity and retention.- Collaboration with different Pfizer ́s hubs.- Support organizational capabilities, tools, leadership and people management capabilities.- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance in terms of internal policies.- Support Top Employer certification.- Conduct employee surveys / feedback interviews.- Support site employee engagement initiatives as Pfizer equality plan and others.- Review operational HR processes (e.g. onboarding, Forcem documentation) to ensure they are fit for purpose.- Support People Experience local administrative tasks.- Promote, encourage and demonstrate commitment to Pfizer philosophy and values and act according to Corporate, Compliance and Legal standards


Education- University degree, ideally in Human Resources or similar.- High level of English and Spanish, written and spoken proficiency.- Master is an asset.


Experience- Ideally previous pharmaceutical related experience, international company experience, multi-cultural environment.- Minimum of 2 years generalist HR and/or HR Business Partner experience.- Workday experience is an asset.- Strong knowledge of the Spanish labor law.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both home-bas and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week.
