Senior Strategic Account Manager - Industrial Combustion Sector
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the industrial combustion sector.
- Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with internal crossfunctional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities within the industrial combustion sector.
- Drive business development initiatives, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products, services, and value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the industrial combustion sector, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, networking with key stakeholders and promoting brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in strategic account management, business development, and sales within the industrial combustion sector.
- Extensive experience working with industrial clients, understanding their technical requirements, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers at all levels.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Resultsoriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to develop innovative strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
- Strong commitment to upholding ethical standards, maintaining customer confidentiality, and fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism
