As an HR Project Manager within PXT team at Amazon, you'll contribute to the success of Amazon's employee experience, including Associates, Leaders and peers.

Program Implementation:
Lead the launch and monitoring of HR programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

  • Operational Optimization: Use data to identify operational challenges, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Collaborative Practices: Work closely with different Amazon departments, sharing and adopting best practices within a program environment to support Spain Operational Sites.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage internal processes, define standards, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teams to overcome operational challenges.

As Project Manager, your role involves planning, implementing, and improving projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Collaborating closely with various Amazon teams and stakeholders, you'll coordinate and execute program implementation and continuous improvement, ensuring seamless operations within the Spain Operational Sites.
