YOUR ROLE:


  • Manage the packaging portfolio by performing the tasks under the AOM Global Packaging Management
  • Packaging Data implementation of new finished goods, packaging data update of existing finished goods, promotional articles, displays produced at Henkel plants and 3rd party manufacturers according to assigned Business Units and Region/Country scope.
  • This responsibility includes packaging master data set up, changes and troubles shooting to solve problems.
  • Successful development and validation of packaging elements for Trade Marketing activities and sign off on final specifications and packaging change release.
  • By sign off she/he confirms the suitability and legal compliance of the packaging for the stated.
  • Execution of standardized documentation of Packaging Specifications, Article Reports and artwork management according to assigned Business Units and Region/Country scope.
  • Execute the tasks of standardized documentation of Packaging Specifications and ensures all approved packaging is fit for purpose, cost effectiveness, sustainability, and legal compliance.
  • Execute packaging's scope tasks within the Artwork management process.
  • Follows the guidelines to achieve the departmental group goals, in line with global AOM Packaging Engineering strategy.
  • Plan and perform the needed actions to guarantee business' Time to Market goals.
  • Interact and collaborate with stakeholders in various Business Units, with whom assess the business requirements and agreeing product/pack profiles and set attainable timescales, bringing ideas from concept through to final parts and coordinating the introduction of new standard, promotional packaging into full production.
  • Interact actively with Global AOM Packaging Engineering Team.

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Engineering, Packaging Technology or comparable.
  • Min. of 2 years relevant experience as Packaging Technician or Manager
  • Experience in project management with different functions and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communications skills both internally & externally
  • A selfmotivated person striving for excellence in a challenging environment
  • Fluent English language skills, other language skills are beneficial
  • Advanced Know-How in MS-Office
