Santander Corporate & Investment is looking for a Mobilization Development VP, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


As a
Mobilization Development VP you will be part of the Private Debt Mobilization Team in charge of distributing all SCIB private debt (Project Finance, CRE, Corporate, Leverage Finance, Receivables, Supply Chain, etc.).


Within PDM the position is in the New Initiatives area, focused on developing new distribution channels, being able to offer the same asset in different formats which enables us to widen the scope of investors to who we can speak to and maximizing our distribution capacity.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Knowledge in different asset classes and structures with in the SCIB world.
  • Creativity to look for new solutions and adapt to investors demand.
  • Leverage solutions to enhance our investors returns.
  • Repacking assets, SRTs, Portfolio sales.
  • Funding programs and Risk sharing structures with multilateral institutions. Portfolio analysis and definition of RWA reduction strategies

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Structured Finance and/or Trade Finance.
  • General understanding of the banking and financial markets as well as the organizational structure of the Group will be valued.

EDUCATION
Postgraduate / master in Finance, Business Administration, Economy or Engineering in the context of an international environment.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Understand and manipulate complex MS Excel spreadsheets, MS Word and MS Power Point.
  • Very high level of English, other languages also valued.
