What'll you do

You'll be responsible for endtoend hiring across different technical product units
Develop, maintain, and execute talent acquisition strategies and act as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring teams
Executive stateoftheart talent sourcing to identify, connect and headhunt key talents in the market
You'll bring innovative ideas to influence TomTom's Talent Acquisition strategy.
Develop and maintain a relevant global network of talent across different tech areas
Contribute to TomTom Talent Sourcing roadmap and other key Talent Acquisition projects

What'll you need

5+ years of recruitment experience in tech and engineering functions in an international environment
Proven experience in partnering and advising technical hiring teams
Great understanding of business and tech talent landscape
Be naturally energized by working on complex customer problems with a diverse group of people
Real passion for technology and talent acquisition sourcing enhancement/automation
An innovative, agile, entrepreneurial, and outcomedriven mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills and thrive on interacting with different cultures and levels of management
Thinking beyond Talent Acquisition to contribute to the broader People Experience
Be a natural team player and you have a great sense of humor

What's nice to have

Previous experience working in a fastgrowing tech organization
