    Technical Documentation Coordinator Role:

    In this role, you will handle all documentation requirements for orders and manage documentation transmittals to clients and sub-suppliers, ensuring customer needs are met. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to report project documentation activities according to technical specifications and project terms.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Verify document completeness and accuracy, resolving discrepancies
    • Maintain a document control record management system
    • Process documentation efficiently using designated software
    • Provide support to Customer Service Order Fulfillment team
    • Develop standards for document production, distribution, and amendment
    • Ensure clear documentation requirements before project initiation
    • Prepare a detailed Document List with submission schedule
    • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for project execution
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Your Profile:

    • Self-starter with a commitment to completion
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Experience in documentation software
    • Preferred knowledge of SAP and Windchill
    • Preferred experience with PDF suite
    • HS Diploma/GED or 0-2 years of relevant experience
