Are you experienced in the Invoice to Cash process? If you are a motivated, systematic, and analytical person with a full professional level of German and a good level of English? If so, we might have the perfect job for you

They are looking for a Billing Analyst who will be managing invoicing of delivered goods and services, invoice delivery to the customer and resolving customer disputes of issued invoices

Tasks

Support, improve, and develop work processes to ensure an excellent customer experience and full legal compliance.
Perform data analysis and participate in improvement projects.
Ensure accurate and systematic processing of customer invoices, documenting and archiving all relevant information.
Enter and maintain customerspecific billing and invoice delivery requirements, including electronic invoice delivery, electronic data interfaces, and public sector invoicing solutions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new work processes.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Positive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under time pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP would be beneficial.
23 years of experience in an office environment.
