IO Interactive is currently looking for an
AI Dialogue Writer** to join Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game to be developed and published by IOI.

Featuring a wholly original Bond story, players will step into the shoes of the world's favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.

Join us in shaping the narrative of a wholly original Bond story, crafting compelling dialogues and leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.

Collaborate in a diverse and inclusive environment at IO Interactive, making a lasting impact on the iconic franchise while delivering an unforgettable gaming experience to players worldwide.

What you will do:

Collaborate with the creative team to write engaging AI dialogues for a diverse cast of characters.
Harness the power of AI technologies to write dynamic and contextaware dialogue systems that respond to player input and adapt to various ingame situations.
Create large multiple pools of dialogue that can be used across the board for our AI system.
Helping to manage our AI template and individual scripts to assure they are ready for recording.
Thinking outside the box to help assure that our AI dialogue becomes more than systemic AI dialogue.

Who you are:

A talented writer with a passion for Video Games.
Proficient in crafting dialogue that reflects diverse characters' personalities, motivations, and traits while ensuring consistency throughout the game.
QA experience is a plus.
Passionate gamer with an ear for AI dialogue is plus.
Passionate about the James Bond franchise, with a deep understanding of its unique tone, style, and character dynamics.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and receive and provide constructive feedback.
