Functionally reporting to the head of management control in the finance team, the BDA will be responsible for assisting in financial modeling and strategic analysis of AECS business development opportunities.

He/she will support the development of new strategies and the identification of opportunities for revenue growth and value enhancement.


ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Help identify potential new revenue opportunities and analyze potential acquisitions and target partners consistent with strategic objectives.
  • Assist with detailed financial modeling and analysis of business development opportunities, including valuation/financial statement analysis, etc.
  • Support the processes and the execution of agreements.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate trends, new technologies and business opportunities in the media and related industries.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to keep up with industry trends and innovative practices and solutions.

Requirements:


TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Earned a bachelor's degree in with specialization in a businessrelated field.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Good level of English (B2/C1).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Experience in analyzing complex information to support financial and business strategy.
  • Initiatives to improve performance.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing a financial management framework.
  • Demonstrated initiative and contributions to improvements in financial management and efficient work processes.
  • Accounting degree and/or equivalent experience in a senior accounting role.
  • Demonstrated highlevel oral and written communication skills, including experience producing written reports.
  • Demonstrated proven project management skills.




ENGLISH LEVEL:
(B2/C1)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills (Spanish / English).
