  • We are recruiting customer service agents for a leading global industrial company.
  • As a Customer Service Specialist your main functions will be:
  • Respond to end-user calls for general product support.
  • Make decisions on warranty per company guidelines.
  • Document cases in a CRM.

  • Salary: 17.117€ gross per year + Bonus Productivity (up to 90€/month)+ Plus Telework (24€/month) + Language Adder
