- Garantizar la ejecución de las operaciones de las áreas y actividades que generan un impacto directo en la facturación, poniendo especial atención en Marketing y Ventas
- Crear, optimizar y supervisar procesos.
- Dar solución a cuellos de botella e incidencias técnicas (apoyado en el equipo de IT) que se generen en los equipos.
- Garantizar que la correcta implementación de la jerarquía y estructura de la información a través de los distintos sistemas de trabajo.
- Gestionar la configuración y personalización de las distintas herramientas de trabajo (CRM, Gestor de proyectos, ERP, Gestión documental, etc.) para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio y asegurarse de que el sistema esté optimizado para la eficiencia operativa.
- Trabajar junto con el equipo de Data para disponer de paneles de métricas que permitan el control y seguimiento diarios de los principales KPIs.
- Trabajar junto con el equipo de IT para garantizar el correcto desarrollo de implementaciones entre sistemas y herramientas internas.
- Dar formación y soporte a los equipos sobre las herramientas de trabajo.
- Trabajar con los equipos para identificar e implementar mejoras en la productividad de los equipos en los sistemas.
- Identificar y recomendar nuevas herramientas y tecnologías que puedan mejorar la eficiencia y el rendimiento del equipo.
- Reportar directamente al COO sobre los avances y progreso realizado.
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiência en posiciones similares
- Experiência demostrable en la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora de CRM, ERP y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimiento técnico en herramientas de datos, CRM, ERPs y software de gestión de proyectos, como Hubspot, Salesforce, PowerBI, ClickUp, Asana, Holded, entre otros.
- Titulación Universitaria en Informática, Ingeniería, Sistemas de Información o similares.
