How to contribute to our vision


We are now looking for a Strategic LCOE Manager that will be responsible for driving SGRE's Levelized Cost of Energy optimization for selected platforms and markets.

Focus is to increase SGRE's competitiveness and profitability through a thorough and focused approach on enhanced customer value and best Levelized Cost of Energy of our combined Onshore and Service offering.

As a Strategic LCOE Manager you will be responsible for the following scope:

  • You will understand the market dynamics triggered by competitors roadmaps and macro economical factors
  • You will set LCOE targets to new product developments
  • You will act as a central manager and focal point for selected cross-functional workstreams within SGRE's Business Units. and you will be providing expertise, guidance and direction
  • driving those workstreams to sustainable impact in LCOE optimization.
  • You will report LCOE development to Onshore and Service top management on regular basis. You will drive decision making with the top leaders across both Business Units on prioritization of LCOE improvement initiatives.
  • You will help develop the necessary processes and tools that will govern SGRE's approach towards LCOE improvement for the next
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and drive to lead the change. Previous experience with LCoE optimization exercises is a must.

Demonstrated ability to drive topics to success in a complex environment.- Outstanding analytical, strategic and communication skills.- You will be working with an international cross-functional, cross-BU team so international and multicultural experience will be considered a benefit for this position.- As the working language in Siemens Gamesa is English, we expect you to be fluent in both spoken and written English.- Good IT skills, especially in Excel.

Knowledge of reporting tools such a Power BI and programming skills will be considered a plus.
