- Support in the preparation of valuations and consultancy reports for both urban hotels and holiday resorts.
- Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, architecture, finance & law or hotel administration.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills. Confirmed proficiency in use of spread sheets and financial modelling.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong report writing capabilities.
- Knowledge of the Spanish hotel industry and hotel real estate market is preferable
- Understanding of hotel operational fundamentals
- Abe to travel within Spain and valid driver's license
- Accurate and exceptional attention to data and detail
