You will work in support of the global team based in Spain and Portugal.
These are some of the functions you will perform on a day-to-day basis:

While relying on the technical expertise available internally (payroll, L&D), provide advisory and perform activities related to recruitment & onboarding, performance & development, compensation & rewards, organizational changes, labor and employee relations, disciplinary and termination procedures, etc.
Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes when necessary to cover risks.
Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Provide regulatory and policy advice; answer inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs to facilitate consistency and equity across all SGS functions/businesses and sites.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; recommend best practices; proactively review policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes.

Requisitos:

BSc/BA in Education, Psychology, HR or equivalent
Experience for min. 5 years in a similar role in global company, operating at a senior level within a multinational environment.
Must have C1 level of
English and B2 level of
Portuguese.
