del empleoYou will work in support of the global team based in Spain and Portugal.
These are some of the functions you will perform on a day-to-day basis:
- While relying on the technical expertise available internally (payroll, L&D), provide advisory and perform activities related to recruitment & onboarding, performance & development, compensation & rewards, organizational changes, labor and employee relations, disciplinary and termination procedures, etc.
- Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes when necessary to cover risks.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide regulatory and policy advice; answer inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs to facilitate consistency and equity across all SGS functions/businesses and sites.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; recommend best practices; proactively review policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes.
Requisitos:
- BSc/BA in Education, Psychology, HR or equivalent
- Experience for min. 5 years in a similar role in global company, operating at a senior level within a multinational environment.
- Must have C1 level of
English and B2 level of
Portuguese.
