Responsibilities:


  • Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example
  • Working on the shop floor, you will be in constant contact with the team, supporting and coaching where needed, ensuring a consistent client experience
  • Able to work on KPI's and meeting the sales target with good communication skills
  • Participates to all the product presentations (of all the product categories) done in the store
  • Communicates to the Management the collected information regarding clients. Executes the follow up of clients' requests Takes part in the store and department meeting

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury fashion company
  • Strong experience of clienteling and CRM within luxury
  • Fluency in Spanish and English language

Offering:


  • Salary up to €35K depending on experience
  • Commission structure
