WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

SCIB GDF is looking for an Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.
**CONTEXT AND DEFINITION

The Structured Finance Team is the front office origination, structuring and execution team covering sectors like Power, Renewables across Europe and Andean Region.

The team identifies this role as a key position to unlock many of new opportunities that we believe can be created, levering on the unparalleled experience, client relationships and know-how that has been built over the last years.

The Project Finance Analyst must possess a strong desire to support the growing finance and business development efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To help senior members of the team to originate, structure and execute business opportunities.
Assist with business origination activities and preparation of top quality marketing and internal materials, both from a content and visual perspective.
Ability for building from scratch complex financial models is a must, ensuring they accurately reflect transaction terms and due diligence inputs, running sensitivity analysis, and making adjustments as deals evolve.
To design new valueadded solutions, as the team progresses providing more complex structures. Responsible for mentoring and developing more junior members of staff, primarily on financial modelling workstreams, providing constructive feedback on a formal and informal basis.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Experience

2+ years of experience in advisory and/or lending structured finance transactions.
Mastering of the legal arrangements standard in nonrecourse financing.
International experience is highly valued
