What You'll Do:


  • Hitting or exceeding quarterly financial targets
  • Executing sales activity: prospecting, cold calls, videoconferencing negotiations ,F2F meetings to advance prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Educating prospects on Criteo Commerce Growth Platform to manage their campaign targets (e.g. ROAS).
  • Tracking industry and product trends to stay at the top of your game.
  • Working with internal stakeholders (account management, creative technical, legal and other teams) to ensure a high level of clients' satisfaction.

Who You Are:


  • Proven track record in driving new business, ideally in Ad Tech industry
  • Strong network in Polish market (focus vertical: ecommerce, finance, automotive) is required
  • Accurate pipeline planning and revenue forecasting
  • Excellent presentation skills to open doors across clients at all level
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, customercentric mindset and strong will to succeed
  • Fluent in English and Polish, other Eastern European languages is a plus
