MISSION AND SCOPE
Establishing of the Conformity & Attestation of the Aircraft and issuing the Aircraft Delivery Documentation for MRTT

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

Configuration control:
throughout the production cycle of the aircraft, monitor and resolve configuration discrepancies between as built and as designed.

Design Mods:
assure implementation iaw defined procedures.

Aircraft Delivery Documentation:
compile and certify documentation generated in CCMD or supporting departments, for complete aircraft and major components.

Improvement:
lead improvement actions related to Configuration Control and represent TOQMF2 in forums related to CCMD.

Documentation archive:
custody of Quality records.

Delivery Process:
act as focal point in front of the customer for aircraft documentation presentation and issues.

Support to production staff as Q engineer in production line, FL and deliveries

Most critical problems that arises regularly
Most common problems and specific situations in the job position (restrictions, sensible topics...)

Delivery Team member: support to the FP in front of the customer for aircraft documentation presentation and issues (and finally solved).
To assure the Delivery Configuration and Airworthiness (within CAMO Org.) of the A/C, before ToT to Customer.

Ensuring the followup, the tracking and the reporting of any deviations, discrepancies or Conformity & Attestation issues during the whole industrial lifecycle.
Establishing of the Conformity & Attestation statement between the delivered A/C and the specified modification.
Providing support to continuous improvement to the production quality team.

Main dimensions
Remarks

The CCMD, Conformity and attestation role at MRTT FAL is in close relationship with
Programs, as responsible of the GAC reception
CAMO, as A/C Airworthiness responsible

Design Office:
as configuration responsible

Its activity is key to coordinate all the data in the MRTT A/C Delivery documentation.

In the role of support to the production line will be in close relationship with Manufacturing Engineering and Production organizations.

Educated in an Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Experience in Manufacturing and Quality
Advanced level in English and Spanish.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Teamwork spirit
Proactive, able to propose new ideas and improvement driven
Innovative and open minded
