Administration tasks, preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
Providing support to internal customers, make follow-up calls to inform customers about further steps or check if the previous solution worked.
Answer their questions, solve issues, assist with orders. Inventory assets management. Determine which tickets require escalation.Desired skills & Experience:
+1 year of experience in customer relations (front desk, help desk, etc.) Friendly, communicative character Confident, friendly and approachable manner Positive customer service attitude Ability to remain calm and prioritize when faced with multiple conflicting demands Highly organized and proactive approach to their work Demonstrable abilities with Office suite, Windows environment and Mobile Phone configuration Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English Highly motivated with strong work ethic Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Requisitos CGM Administrative management or CFGS of Administration and finance First Certificate in English or B2 Información adicional Why join us?
