Requirements:


Key responsibilities of the role

  • Being accountable, and responsible of ensuring the quality of inlife services delivery, taking into special consideration the SLA compliance, and any other contractual agreement
  • Main point of contact from the Cyber Security Operations Center, managing, and driving customer experience, and operational relationship with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Defining, controlling, and maintaining operational documentation based on the standard documentation compliance
  • Defining, analyzing, and tracking of customer security service reports, KPIs and SLAs. As well as, on demand and/or proactive specific cybersecurity reports from incumbent threat actors
  • Cybersecurity trusted advisor, proactively making security service improvement proposals focused on minimizing the security risk exposure of customers
  • Supervising, and coordinating the delivery of new security services in the Cyber Security Operations Center
  • Providing support, and advice on security incident, and change management, taking leadership on critical security incidents, complex changes, or crisis situations
  • Being accountable, and responsible of managing, and leading customer escalations

Requirements:


  • Ability to meet the customers' needs in line with the business requirements
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
  • Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision
  • Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution
  • Knowledge of security management, network, and information security, people security, and running of one or more services within a Cyber Security Operations Center
  • Significant experience, and understanding of operational factors, contributing to the delivery, and end to end effectiveness of security services
  • Experience in customer facing roles, and knowledge of the business drivers to help operational teams deliver relevant, effective, efficient, and quality security services to customers
  • Knowledge to identify and understand functional characteristics of IT security systems technologies, and security organization/companies landscape systems, as SIEMs, Log Management, XDR Solutions, Perimetral Security Systems, and Devices is an advantage

Language skills

  • English and Spanish on a fluent level is a must
  • French on a conversational/fluent level is an advantage

Must be an EU National (EU 27) citizen and be located in Spain
