Position overview:
The function of the Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Principal Engineer has the following key areas of responsibility:
\-Coordinate, prioritize, and manage all Infrastructure & Cloud day-to-day operations.
\-Act as an escalation point in diagnosing and troubleshooting potential problems in all customer environments.
\-Ensure all customer environments are continuously monitored for health and performance, and contractual SLAs are met.
\-Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
\-Contribute and participate in the definition and implementation of innovation initiatives within the team.
\-Ensure all requests from Cloud and On-premises customers are handled within the ticketing system.
\-Manage and participate in the guards' rotation system (24x7x365) as 3rd level support to provide technical support with infrastructure issues in the Openbravo Cloud.
\-Perform other duties as assigned.
