Descripción
Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned turnover, profit, and sales targets, taking corrective actions when needed
- Undertake necessary business initiatives to achieve objectives, minimize risks, and improve team organization
- Manage and coach sales teams to focus on current business development and explore new opportunities
- Collaborate with Key Accounts and other departments for support, priorities, and business information
- Ensure compliance with group strategies, policies, and laws
- Maintain relationships with major customers and business stakeholders
- Contribute to budget, forecast, and business documents
- Approve travel, expenses, and price changes within authority limits
Requirements:
- Strong sales background with customer orientation
- Minimum 4 years of sales team leadership experience
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel 40% of the time
