Responsibilities:

  • Meet assigned turnover, profit, and sales targets, taking corrective actions when needed
  • Undertake necessary business initiatives to achieve objectives, minimize risks, and improve team organization
  • Manage and coach sales teams to focus on current business development and explore new opportunities
  • Collaborate with Key Accounts and other departments for support, priorities, and business information
  • Ensure compliance with group strategies, policies, and laws
  • Maintain relationships with major customers and business stakeholders
  • Contribute to budget, forecast, and business documents
  • Approve travel, expenses, and price changes within authority limits

Requirements:

  • Strong sales background with customer orientation
  • Minimum 4 years of sales team leadership experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time
