    Descripción y responsabilidades:
Your Role and Responsibilities - Owns client engagement of designated accounts - Drives timely communication with client stakeholders, and manages periodic business review meetings - Coordinates designated client accounts/programs for the delivery of global AI Data Services, being responsible for project success - Works with Centific Growth team to onboard new accounts, understand requirements and prepare quotations/proposals - Contributes to build, mentor and support a team of project managers and other roles for successful delivery of AI Data Services - Defines processes and KPIs for programs/projects and ensures the team is fully aligned with that - Collaborates with Vendor Management, Recruitment, R&D and other teams for successful project completion - Provides support to the global team and ensures full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes and business goals


Requisitos:


Required Technical and Professional Expertise - +5-year experience managing large enterprise accounts and global delivery teams within the industry, in client-facing positions.

- Fluent in English (Spanish as a plus). - Excellent communication skills - Strong multicultural skills - Ability to work in a global environment with different working cultures
