For our department we are looking for an SBA Planning Manager.

This exciting opportunity within a global team asks for on-time SBA planning validation and management during the Sales phase for Offshore and Onshore within growing markets as well as new countries.


As part of the role, you will:

  • handle SBA planning approvals on-time
- actively discuss and manage stakeholders and stakeholders' requirements
- align with Project Management Planning at regional level
- being the focal point for the definition and continuous improvement of the SBA Planning Validation process
- strong collaboration with governance team to implement new processes
- support the SBA planning team with continuous improvement & troubleshooting
- explain, implement, and coordinate improvements and changes
- support the preparation of the Monthly Regional Committees
- lead a multicultural & international team of planning experts

What you need to make a difference

We are also looking for:
- successfully completed a bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or an equivalent analytical field
- experience in planning and working with a global team
- strength in managing stakeholders and cultural awareness
- self-motivation and working independently
- decision-making ability and highly proactive
- process management knowledge
- excellent communication skills in English skills - both orally and in writing - and you are an advanced user of Microsoft Office
- excellent organizational skills and high attention to details
- first team management experiences helpful
- demonstrate ability to prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines
- systematic and structured approach to your assignments
- travelling of up to 10% of your time is no problem for you
