Consolidate and analyze of in-service data from customers and provide substantiated information for design to support & fleet availability.

Organize & manage regular technical product review meetings with customer & stakeholders to inform about maintainability & operability issues closing & future perspectives.

Engineer degree (Aeronautical, Industrial, Telecommunications ):

More than 5 years-experience in aeronautical sector, especially in Helicopters/Aircraft Maintenance, Production/Manufacturing and/or Design

  • Valuable background: Helicopter Airframes / composite, Avionics, troubleshooting, Continuous Airworthiness, technical problem solving, onsite shop experience, repairs definition, work orders

High level of English. French or German are valuable.

  • NH90/Tiger helicopter program experience is very valuable.
  • Ability to work in an international and multicompanies team.

High reactivity, proactive, agility and technical analysis skills

Customer focused. Social skills oriented for interface with End User.

  • Ability
    to work under customer pressure and in flexible time, if required.
  • Willing for travelling, national and Europe.

_Mission _:


  • As part of AHE TIGER Product Support team, this position is aiming to provide technical support to inservice TIGER Spanish fleet, Rear Fuselage matters (as AHE SDR for all Tiger fleets), as well as to contribute to the new activities leaded by MK3 Program.
  • This inservice Technical Support aims to ensure Continuing Airworthiness and fleet serviceability, bringing solutions to technical problems encountered on inservice aircrafts.
  • AHE Product Support organization acts as unique technical communication channel (

TSPOC:

Technical Single Point of Contact) between SpOS (Spanish Official Services) / TPD (Tiger Program Division) / OCCAR (as customer / End Users) and AH Tiger (as Industry) for all technical queries & events from Spanish Tiger Fleet.

Downstream investigation and resolutions are handled and substantiated within the own AH Tiger organization and their partners.

  • In case of Rear Fuselage (RF) structure topics, AHE acts as SDR, where Product Support organization handles queries and events from all customers and provide expertise and resolution with the AHE Design Office/SDR support, if necessary.
  • MK3 Program will drive upcoming additional activities for TIGER Product Support team such us support to Prototypes, Industrial layups and future inservice queries.

_Main Activities _:


  • Be functionally integrated in AH Tiger
  • Product Support Team (PMT), where all inservice technical queries raised by TIGER customers towards Industry are allocated.
  • Placed in Albacete factory hierarchically belongs to AHE Technical Support (EBEECET) department in Tiger Product Support team.
  • Handling answers/solutions within Industry for all kind of technical queries raised by End users/Customers related to TSPOC for all systems for Spanish Tiger HAPE/HADE/MK3 versions / fleets, as well as Tiger Rear Fuselage in all variants (as SDR).
  • Queries launched by AHE MRO to support Tiger maintenance revisions, commitments coming from H/C deliveries and layup/ retrofits are also within this scope.
  • As entry point of inservice technical queries, perform first technical assessment and forward investigation to suitably departments within AH Tiger organization.
  • Push, handle and follow up internal investigations/solutions to get answers/substantiation along AH Tiger Product Support community and provide technical resolutions to SpOS / End Users queries according to Spanish Military Airworthiness regulation.
  • Rear Fuselage (RF) queries are also collected from other Nations and deeply analyzed for its complete resolution within AHE (as SDR). In coordination with Design Office, definition of repairs (RDAS), Technical Agreements (TA)for inservice reported damages.
  • Have quick reaction and technical analysis skills in front of inservice technical events and occurrences.
  • Actively participate and contribute to Airworthiness assessments/investigations (accidents and Mayor incidents) occurred in service.
  • When necessary or required, to manage vendor technical communications and potential supplier technical assistances.
  • To support technically the Warranty process under customer warranty claims.
  • Support to definition and implementation of modifications for inservice Tiger HAPE/HAPE/MK3 fleets according to Spanish Military Airworthiness regulation.
