What you will learn:

Responsibilities the Trainee will perform:
-
Support on any Ad-Hoc reports & support on activities for the Credit Department.
-
Support internal Credit projects.

Process the
payment term requests in our intranet tool (Submission for approval, document & send respective approvals accordingly).
Processing of
credit limit approvals for lowrisk accounts.

Creation of new "Global accounts" in the systems (FSCM, intranet), request the required data by the local credit teams, track the information required and document accordingly.
-
Performing the customer's accounts statements required for key accounts.
-
Support documenting & harmonizing the department key processes.

Follow up on check insurance renewals

Perform the needed checks on reportings:

Open receivables above credit line and the corresponding required level of approvals.

Any other potential support to the team.

Requirements:

Studies in
business Administration, accounting or economics:
Good command of Microsoft Office (
Excel)

Fluency in English:

Experience in Finance
Credit is a plus
Knowledge of
SAP is a plus:
