YOUR ROLE:


  • Support the implementation of the internal online sales platform Eshop.
  • Maintenance and implementation in PIM of all products related to Eshop and the rest of the departments that need PIM.
  • Set up of Eshop promotions
  • Communication with the sales team to support the implementation of Eshop in the respective customer portfolios.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the platform & Reporting problems with the platform
  • Define and implement a promotional plan Defining and guiding a strategy for growth in both distribution and turnover.
  • Coordination with Marketing, Customer Service and Supply in the implementation of new features in Eshop.
  • Implementation of new features in Eshop and new projects to be incorporated into the platform.
  • Customer orientation to help the good implementation of the platform.
  • Customer training or new incorporations Performs transformational initiatives on Eshop support excellence (incl. customer, category, channel...)
  • Provides feedback on global / regional strategic projects on sales support excellence to ensure local success
  • Summarizes and conveys actionable insights out of external / internal data sources
  • Performs promo efficiency, assortment and trade investment analysis to develop guidelines and recomms with sales and marketing
  • Drives internal and external discussion on drivers of performance

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Analysis Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Educational Background in Business Administration or similar.
  • Customer and sales oriented.
  • Initiative & proactivity
  • Resilience and capacity to work towards goals and challenges.
  • Good communication skills
  • Strategic Mindset
  • Digital mindset and good with MS Office
  • Knowledge digital trends and experience in ecommerce
  • Motivation to grow in this digital area and in the beauty business.
