Main tasks and responsabilities:


Study and evaluation and planning of new production areas of the Stamping Shop, their specialization, the development of new equipment, new high-performance technological processes, the calculation of production capacities and equipment loading, raising the technical level of production, compiling and revising technical specifications and requirements for raw materials, the main and auxiliary materials, semi-finished products, the consumption of energy resources, raw materials and materials, measures to prevent and eliminate defects, reduce the labor intensity of production.

Manage the preparation of plans for the introduction of new panels production, equipment and technology, improve the technical and economic efficiency of the production of the stamping shop, develop technological documentation, organize control over the provision of it with the shop.

Take measures to accelerate the development in production of progressive stamping technological processes, the latest materials, and the widespread introduction of scientific and technological achievements.

To organize the development and implementation of progressive, economically justified, resource and environmentally saving technological stamping processes that ensure an increase in the level of technological preparation and technical re-equipment of production, a reduction in the cost of raw materials, materials, labor costs, an improvement in product quality, and an increase in labor productivity.

Participate in the work to determine the range of measured parameters and optimal standards for measurement accuracy, to select the necessary means of their implementation, to improve methods of product quality control.

Support the introduction of computer-aided design systems, organizational and computer technology, automated control systems for equipment and technological processes of stamping (digitalization).

Participate in the development of projects for the reconstruction of the Stamping Shop and the Plant, measures to reduce the period of development of our equipment and technologies, the unique use of production capacities, increase the energy and material intensity of production, increase its efficiency, improve product quality, improve labor organization.

Support research and experimental work on the development of newly developed technological processes, participate in industrial testing of new types of machines and mechanisms, means of mechanization and automation of production.

Provide technological preparation of production, organize work to improve the skills of employees.
Analyze and share knowledge with engineering staff key indicators of technological processes and develop plans to achieve them and maintain a stable result (Cp / Cpk);
Support and train the engineering staff to conduct monthly cost analysis and prepare proposals for cost optimization and reduction.
Plan the training, train, and develop of employees of stamping engineering department.


Knowledge and experience required:

Familiar with Automotive R&D and/or Vehicle development experience (Automotive BIW priority).
Knowledge of stamping technology in automotive industry.
Experience of stamping tooling development, buy-off, tests and evaluation on a manufacturer.
Experience of projects long and short terms planning and control.
Experience of budget long and short terms planning and control.
Experience to work with ANPQP procedures.
10 years experience of new model launch and new model project management system of automotive industry.
5 years of engineering team lead and staff development.
Experience of using and analysis of statistics engineering and financial data.
Minimum 10 years experience of managing suppliers for facility and utility engineering projects in automotive industry.
High level of presenting skills and experience of reporting to GM, MD level
Cross-functional and cross-cultural team management high level skills.
Experience of managing of cost reduction projects like a raw material reduction, utility consumption and etc.
Self-motivated with proven ability in concern resolution and investigation work.
Able to lead, support and motivate to achieve goals.
Able to respond to changing demands and priorities within a complex network of global stakeholders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaison/negotiation at all levels both internally and with external organizations and across all regions, in Nissan Europe, UK and Japan.

Ability to plan and manage own workload and the team as well.
A passion for improving the experience of car use & ownership for European customers.
English language - Fluent - (Min score TOEIC = 750), other language will be benefit.
