Within Airbus General Procurement (GP), the jobholder is performing strategic procurement activities within the Buildings Spain & International team (PJRBS), with a trans-divisional approach taking into account Spain Airbus perimeter and International Projects.

PJRBS is in charge of buying construction services (architect/planners, builders, project management, control companies) for any type of construction (Final Assembly Lines, hangars, office buildings, canteens, technical buildings, cranes ) on all Airbus sites in Spain and International.

In particular, the job holder is accountable for:

Implementing the procurement strategy defined by the Commodity Procurement Board and the Multi-Functional-Team (MFT) within the scope of activity supporting Airbus divisions' needs.
Manage procurement projects and call for tenders with multidivisional scope within the scope of the Buildings Spain & International Team (PJRBS), including within Building subcommodity PJRB.
Develop and maintain an efficient supply chain capable to deliver goods/services, matching Airbus requirements and business objectives.
Ensure that deliverables are in line with the contractual terms (cost, time, quality).
Secure longterm alignment of the preferred supplier base with the longterm transdivisional strategic needs of Airbus.
Ensure continuous commercial relationship with suppliers in order to secure work with bestinclass suppliers and protect Airbus from contractual risks.
Conduct the procurement process in order to fulfil business needs and provide the internal customers with valued services in compliance with the Airbus General Procurement procedures and guidelines, to full customers satisfaction.
Deliver on initiatives contributing to Airbus Savings Programmes using the levers of requirements harmonisation/standardization, challenge of the specifications, volume aggregation, and control of the demand
Provide strategically relevant input to support the strategy development

The jobholder is responsible to:

Drive compliant Airbus General Procurement processes.
Lead crossfunctional project teams within the framework of national and transnational procurement projects, contribute to the control of the demand, challenge and approve the specifications and run the suppliers selection processes.
Negotiate, establish and implement national & transnational frame contracts.
Followup contracts with contract reviews with Airbus internal customer base and suppliers, based on consistent and factual KPIs, evaluate and improve suppliers' performance in terms of time, costs and quality.
Assess suppliers' overall performance and the impact of weak performance on Airbus; and initiate recovery actions when necessary.
Provide rules and process information to Business Operations to ensure correct execution of transactional procurement activities to full customer satisfaction.
Participate in the definition of transnational and transdivisional procurement strategies by providing benchmark, costing and "make or buy" analysis.
Contribute to the implementation of new procurement techniques such as eprocurement and ecatalogues, as needed.
Negotiate, establish and implement national & transnational sustainability projects in line with Sustainability Investments Roadmaps set at Airbus Group level (Heat Decarbonization, electricity Decarbonisation, Energy Efficiency-Led. Energy monitoring, etc.)
Monitor savings linked to demand management and procurement performance; contribute to secure and achieve Airbus Savings Programmes' commitments.
Develop procurement strategies for harmonised material groups (HMG), or parts of such, where no dedicated category strategy exists; ensure validation of such strategy by the respective internal customer base.

The jobholder will ensure:

Services/Goods are delivered on time, on quality and within budget, in compliance with Building France procurement strategy objectives.
Savings targets are met.
Efficient supply chain with national and transnational supplier panels and competitive bidder lists in line with commodity an subcommodity procurement strategy.
National and transnational supplier contracts are properly negotiated and managed based on GP contract policy with the objective to reduce risks to Airbus.
Sourcing On-Time, On-Cost and On-Quality new infrastructures to support the Company Rampup Group Wide.
Internal Customers' satisfaction.
Proper and adequate communication/reporting.
