- Evaluar la capacidad de patentar los productos hardware/softwares desarrollados en nuestra compañía, prestando especial atención a la legislación americana.
- Analizar y evaluar la existencia de patentes de terceros que puedan impactar en nuestros productos.
- Realizar y mantener el registro de todas las marcas de la empresa, asegurando que estén actualizadas y en cumplimiento con los requisitos legales.
- Evaluar la disponibilidad de nuevas marcas garantizando que no existan conflictos con marcas existentes y preparar la documentación para el registro.
- Redactar y preparar las solicitudes de patentes y marcas, asegurándote de cumplir con los estándares legales y técnicos pautados.
- Realizar el proceso de presentación de solicitudes ante los organismos y jurisdicciones pertinentes, asegurando los plazos y requisitos específicos de cada entidad.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento integral de las regulaciones y normativas aplicables en todas las actividades relacionadas con la propiedad intelectual, especialmente en las leyes estadounidenses.
- Participar activamente en la planificación estratégica para anticipar y abordar desafíos futuros en el ámbito de la propiedad intelectual.
- Título Universitario en Derecho, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia sólida en registro de patentes y marcas en el mercado americano en empresas tecnológicas.
- Profundo conocimiento de la normativa de propiedad intelectual de los EE. UU. y procesos de registro.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar y aplicar regulaciones complejas de manera efectiva.
- ·xcelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, con capacidad de presentar información técnica de manera clara y comprensible.

¿Qué buscamos?Buscamos un/a Patents & Trademark Specialist altamente calificado con experiencia comprobada en empresas del sector tecnológico, especialmente en el exigente contexto del mercado americano.
Tu misión será la de liderar la gestión y protección de los derechos de propiedad intelectual de la empresa, desde la investigación y análisis de novedades tecnológicas hasta la preparación y presentación de solicitudes de patentes y marcas.
