Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical, business or analytical discipline

Effective analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
Excel skills and reporting in other tools/systems to analyze data
Program management experience with program and project management skills, including work prioritization, planning, and task delegation
Experience working with distributed teams, often in different countries

Key job responsibilities

Drive comprehensive datadriven analyses to define processes, operations and technical systems in order to shape our program and operational decisions short and midterm.
Design program mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks, improve communication, identify risks, and gather feedback from a wide range of worldwide stakeholders.
Develop regular program communication, including launch plans, timelines, status updates, postlaunch assessments and performance reviews
Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses. Always look to develop consistency wherever possible and appropriate and share best practices across the EU marketplaces.
Work autonomously in a highly demanding environment, with a capability to operate at a tactical level as well as at a project management and implementation level.
