Accountabilities

:

Services Excellence Programme Manager is responsible of the coordination, support and control of Performance Management for the Services organisation, providing an aggregated overview of the Services business at Military Aircraft level, in line with the Top Company Objectives and enabling decision making.**:

In particular, the jobholder is accountable of

:

Performance Management:
Performance System applicable in Services following Airbus Defence & Space standards. This system ensures single point of truth for reporting to Services and Military Aircraft. Performance Management includes performance of Services CoC's and Programmes and identification of the room for Transformation through it.

Project Management:
controlling Services Excellence projects ensuring their evolution through maturity gates and performing E2E Project Management for the ones the jobholder leads/supports as PMO.

Ensuring alignment with Airbus DS Transformation Platform, representing Military Air Systems Services in all related forums

Main activities

:

The jobholder manages a transnational/cross functional team and is accountable of:

Define, manage and control Services Excellence Project Portfolio, in order to ensure focus of the organisation in delivering sustaining results.
Enhance the Services Excellence Project Portfolio governance in close cooperation with all stakeholders and supervise its effective implementation.
Perform E2E Project management activities for those projects the jobholder leads/supports (scope definition, scheduling, reporting, Risk and Opportunity, etc.)
Lead, foster and support Transformation in Services ensuring alignment with Airbus DS Transformation Platform and achieving the required saving targets.
Identify synergies in activities/projects inside and outside Services and drive collaboration/merging actions.
Publish in BMS (Business Management System) new documentation (e.g. Procedures, Methods) to ensure company policies, business requirements, ways of working and roles and responsibilities are properly managed.
Act as PMO for transversal projects under Services lead.
Be Military Aircraft Services Focal Point for Performance Management across all levels and functions in Military Aircraft, Airbus DS and Airbus.
Identify areas to enhance effectiveness of their performance, drive & monitor the deployment of identified improvement actions, promote an anticipation and speakup culture.

Skills & Experience

Engineering degree or equivalent.
Experience valued in Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, General management and Project management.
Have solid experience in Project and Portfolio Management, following LBIP methodology as well as familiar with AGILE methodology.
Excellent communication skills, selfdriven, ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamiccustomerfocused environment.
Strong analytical, problem solving, planning skills, critical thinking, ambiguity tolerance, creativity and strong emotional intelligence.
Comfortable in supporting multinationalteams, colocated or multisite in complex development environments.
Proficient in Office and GDrive (Excel handling and curious in his/her own development in different IT Tools).
Speak fluent English and Spanish, German is a plus.
