Ingram Micro is seeking a Xvantage Product Owner focused on activating the hyper-growth of our infinite ecosystem of SaaS and IaaS solutions via Ingram Micro's platform.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and solving customer problems by creating repeatable solutions powered by the platform.

You will collaborate with internal and external customers to create the product roadmaps that solve business problems and drive the mass delivery and adoption of cloud services.

Once you have delivered your solutions, you will work with the Sales & Solution Architecture teams to help them drive awareness, interest and adoption and help educate partners on the pathway to success in the digital economy.

You must be a customer-first thinker, articulate in your written and verbal communication both in a business and technical manner, and a resourceful self-starter ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities:


  • Strategy: Set a product vision and strategy that is aligned with the business goals of Ingram Micro Cloud, partners, and customers.
  • Vision: Gather and promote the most relevant ideas into business outcomes described by features in the platform product roadmap.
  • Product roadmap: Plan and prioritize what solutions and when the product teams will deliver within the product releases according to business priority.
  • Solutions: Define the "what" with user stories and requirements within product requirement documents.
  • Gotomarket: Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver a complete customer experience.
  • Promotion: Evangelize and support your solutions to drive adoption with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support: Assist sales organization and presales solution architect team in defining solutions that can be repeatable to address new verticals and horizontals.
  • Research: Find next generation technologies and solutions that can be delivered via the platform.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, BS preferred or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in the software industry.
  • 3+ years of Solution or Software Architecture experience in designing crossplatform integrations, services integrations, and cloud solutions.
  • Experience with BSS/OSS systems. ERP experienсe is a plus.
  • Experience in scoping and validating complex customer requirements.
  • Experience with solution delivery, software development and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple moving parts while actively prioritizing or reprioritizing activities based on the immediate business need.
  • Stellar interpersonal, communication, and planning skills along with critical thinking and good decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
Success measures

  • Meeting new customer acquisition and retention targets for services delivered via the platform.
  • Driving volume of services through multiple sales channels via the platform.
  • Ensuring customer adoption of new platform releases.
