Requisitos

Key activities / responsibilities to perform:

  • Customer Service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can understand the customers needs and recommend solutions.
  • Discuss with customers on different channels and provide information on the companys products and services.
  • Offer information about coverage and price to prospective customers.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Liaise with other departments and provide support to them.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on: the efficiency of the customer service tools, new customer needs, how to enhance any website/App value proposition.

Claims Support:

  • Collect all the information of the customers to open claims with the Insurance company.
  • Follow up on open cases



¿Qué ofrecemos?

We are looking for someone passionate for delighting customers, a committed and proactive person who will have a transversal role within the Customer Care department.


The main functions will be related to customer service and claims management in two of our main business units: the International and the Spanish ones.


Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Flexible working hours
  • 100% Remote (they have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too)
Probationary period 3 months + indefinite term contract
