JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:


  • Reduce and mitigate risks & debtor balances across all P2P operating models, addressing one of the major HB pain points in the payment space (€30M+ H risks)
  • Build & maintain P2P risks & opportunities framework
  • Consolidate, maintain and promote Debtor Balances Policy, within GFS and commercial teams
  • SPOC for Tax, Legal, Security queries & initiatives
  • Lead adhoc initiatives within the GFS transformation journey
  • Implement effective risk & control framework covering all types of P2P operations
  • Establish risk targets and implement robust KPIs framework to monitor financial performances
  • Identify areas of improvement in recovery protocols for both retained and outsourced teams
  • Define & implement effective cross functional governance model (Fin Ops, Performance, PM and other)
  • Lead sets of required actions to reduce overpayments and debtor balances to agreed targets
  • Lead a small team of finance professionals by developing talent and cultivating core HB values
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
  • Support adhoc initiatives within the GFS transformation journey

  • Ability to build relationship within the organization at all levels

Experience- Ideally, Proven track record of successfully engaging with Senior Management- Experience of managing a global finance function and ERP systems- Balance sheet analysis, supplier payments, hospitality industry knowledge, senior stakeholders, and project management


Qualifications:


  • Finance qualified to the appropriate advanced level (depending on country)
  • Mandatory good spoken and written English, other languages welcome
  • Finance, accounting, audit, business insights, data analysis, SAP, reporting, projects, Office package


Key Challanges- Managing the complexity onshore/offshore model, in-house/outsourced activities- Delivering a culture of improvement and agility- To seamless build an effective relationship with PTP Managers- Merge and transform the operational finance view with/to the finance company needs.- React to regular changes in the overall business plan/priorities.- High time pressure & workload as result of tight reporting deadline.

- Supporting a culture of improvement and agility within GFS and other cross functional departments, that are stakeholders- To seamless consolidate GVCC, WIRE and G&D areas
